1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Helm (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Helm provides dealership management software for marine, RV, and trailer dealers. The Service includes inventory, service, sales, parts, CRM, accounting, and related modules provided over the web.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Your data

You own your data. We process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. You may export your data at any time from the app. Upon account termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

5. AI features

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) to power features like the AI Service Advisor and PDF ingestion. AI outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for customer-facing quotes or repair decisions.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. After that, no refunds are given for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

7. Uptime

We target 99.5% uptime. Downtime for planned maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe).

8. Limitation of Liability

Helm is provided “as is” without warranty. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
