What counts as an active user?
Anyone who logs in during the billing period. Sales reps, service writers, techs, and admins all count. Read-only viewers and customer portal accounts are free.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Setting your store up is part of onboarding and there is no charge for it — we import your units, customers and parts from CSV with you. Deals, repair orders and ledger history are not imported yet, so those start fresh.
Is the AI metered or charged separately?
It does not, yet. There is no metering and no per-query charge today — the AI features are simply included. If that has to change as usage grows we will tell you before it does, not after.
Can I try Helm before I commit?
Yes. 30-day pilot with your real inventory and one location. No credit card. We help you set it up and if you want to stay, we just switch on billing.
